Do I need a consultation before booking?
For colour services, yes — we offer a complimentary consultation before your first appointment so we can properly understand your hair and goals before we begin.

How do I know which service to book?
If you're not sure, just give us a call or send a message — we'll talk through what you're after and recommend the right service, rather than leaving you to guess.

What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else on our books.

What if I'm running late?
Please call ahead and let us know — we'll always do our best to fit you in, though a long delay may mean we need to adjust your service or reschedule to protect the next client's appointment.

What if I'm not happy with my hair?
Let us know within 7 days and we'll arrange for you to come back in and make it right.

Can you fix colour I had done somewhere else?
Yes, in most cases. We'll always start with a consultation to assess your hair's condition and history before recommending the safest path to the result you want.

Will colouring damage my hair?
Not when it's done properly. Our stylists prioritise hair health at every step, and we exclusively use Aveda, formulated to colour and care for your hair at the same time — not just one or the other.

How often should I book maintenance appointments?
It depends on the service and your hair's natural growth, but your stylist will recommend a maintenance schedule tailored to you at the end of every appointment.

How do you personalise my haircut or colour?
Every appointment starts with a conversation — about your hair history, your lifestyle, and how much time you realistically want to spend styling at home. We design your cut and colour around that, not around a trend.
